Project Description:
Asbri Transport Limited provided all transport planning services to this mixed-use (retail & leisure) development in Mumbles, Swansea.

This entailed the production of a comprehensive Transport Assessment, which included assessment of the development’s impact on parking supply in Mumbles and the nearby busy, pedestrian environment.

We worked with a multi-disciplinary project team and successfully liaised with the Highway Authority and Local Planning Authority from scheme inception to conclusion of the planning process.

The development has been trading successfully since 2016 with a second phase anticipated to start in 2019.
