Project Description:
The project involves the construction of 9,277m² mixed use retail development on land south of the A48 Clase Road in the Llansamlet area of Swansea, including Builders Merchants, Trade Counters, Vehicle Showrooms and Drive-thru Fast Food/Coffee shop.
We ensured there was a robust assessment of active travel, public transport and traffic impacts. Assessment and design of site access, servicing, parking and active travel links and management of the stage 1 road safety audit.
