Project Description:
As part of regeneration proposals for Porthcawl Waterfront, a new Public Transport Hub has been constructed on the eastern side of the Portway in Porthcawl, adjacent to proposed new retail, commercial and residential developments.
This new facility is part of part of the South East Wales Metro proposals, including a new Bus Station equipped with 4 bus bays. Asbri Transport provided design input to the bus bays geometry to ensure safe and unobstructed movements of public service vehicles and all potential users.
We also produced a Transport Statement and managed the stage 1 Road Safety Audit.
