Project Description:
The project involved the construction of a new 3-19 school on the site of the existing King Henry VIII Comprehensive School in Abergavenny, to replace the existing School and the nearby Deri View Primary School.
Ensured there was a robust assessment of active travel, public and school transport and traffic impacts, including the reassignment of traffic due to the revised access arrangements. Assessment and design of parking, bus bays and drop off/pick up provision and access junction and crossing improvements.
