Project Description:
The project involves the construction of 299 residential dwellings (2-5 beds) on the site of the former Aberdare Hospital in the Abernant area of Aberdare.
Ensured there was a robust assessment of active travel, public transport and traffic impacts. Assessment and design of site access, parking and active travel links. Provided a Travel Plan for the future residents of the development. Included an element of affordable housing and Electric Vehicle Charging infrastructure
